Greg joined Blankenship CPA Group in September 2021. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee. Prior to joining the firm, Greg was a partner at Yeary Howell & Associates. Greg joined Buddy Yeary at his firm in 1984 and they were officially established as Yeary Howell & Associates in Brentwood and were located there until moving to Berry Hill in 2001. Greg is a Principal of the Firm and with over 40 years’ experience in the industry. He provides audit management, business advisory services and tax preparation. In addition, he specializes in state and local government, tax practice for individuals, trusts and businesses. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants, Tennessee Governmental Finance Officers Association.

Greg has been married to Therese Howell for 44 years and has two daughters and one granddaughter. He enjoys fishing, kayaking and boating on the Tennessee River as well as grilling for family and friends. .
